The Plank

Start by lying face down with your hands flat on the floor next to your body. Lift your hips off the ground so that your body forms a straight line from head to toe. Hold this position for as long as possible without losing form.

Pushups

This exercise will help build strength in your arms and shoulders while also helping you lose weight. It's one of the easiest ways to tone up your arms and shoulders.



Squats

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Bend at your knees and lower yourself down as far as possible without losing balance. Keep your back straight and hold your body upright. Slowly stand back up. Repeat this movement 8 times.

Burpees

This exercise will help you build muscle strength and endurance. It also helps improve cardiovascular fitness.

Jumping Jacks

Start by standing with feet shoulder-width apart. Bend knees slightly and jump up as high as possible without touching down. Land back on your heels and repeat.
